Track Gulf royal and government jets

Only aircraft positively matched to a named owner (Gulf royal/government fleets or a billionaire's jet) via the aircraft-owner-tail / aircraft-owner-block maps. Everything unmatched is excluded here.

Every captured leg with both endpoints resolved to a country. Airport handles are normalised to one code per airport, and the direction is taken from the flight link path rather than the board's From/To text.

Departures per day from each Gulf state, aggregated from the monitored airport boards. Level reflects crawl coverage as well as real traffic, so read the shape rather than the absolute count.
